Crafted from Inzolia, Chardonnay, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in soils rich in clay and limestone in Milici and Munti villages, from Terre della Baronia area. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged at least 24 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
