The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the piana di Farneto, at 250 m above sea level, in a sandy clayey soil. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, fermentation in steel vats with indigenous yeasts and second fermentation in bottle with the addition of fresh must. Minimal use of sulphites. The wine is aged 18 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the region's deep-rooted culinary wine traditions.
