Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines from Santadi villagem rooted in a clayey sandy soil. Harvest durign the last days of August at the first hours of the morning. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling for 24 hours, first fermentation in steel tanks with aging on the lees for 6-7 months e second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged about 24 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
