This Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC captures the distinctive personality of Emilia Romagna terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Lambrusco di Sorbara 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Vineyard Roccolo Grassi, of vines over 40 years old, at an altitude of 200-250 m. above sea level, exposed to the Southeast, on soils of volcanic origin-basaltic. Vinification: first fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 9 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the region's deep-rooted culinary wine traditions.
Emilia Romagna is the home of Lambrusco and a deeply food-driven wine culture.
