This prestigious Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Erbaluce di Caluso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on strongly acidic soils of moraine origin and composed of sand, silt and clay. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation partly in steel and partly in used barriques, re-fermentation in the bottle according to the principles of the Classical Method. The wine is aged 60 months on the lees. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
