Crafted from Lambrusco di Sorbara 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated on a hilly terrain 650 meters above the sea level, characterised by clay and limestone soil with a chalky surface. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and second fermentation in bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged at least 35 months on the lees.
