Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Nero 90%, Nerello Mascalese 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 750-950 metres above sea level in volcanic soil in the northern slopes of Etna. Vinification: first fermentation in steel vats and second one in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 50 months on the lees. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
