This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 65%, Sauvignon 20%, Pinot Bianco 10%, Gewürztraminer 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines up to 40 years of limestone gravel and clay-rich soils, with porphyry rock at 400-600 meters on sea level. south/south-east facing. Yield per hectare of 45 hectoliters. Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation in oak casks and tonneaux, where also done the malolactic fermentation.
