Sylvaner 'Aristos' Cantina Valle Isarco

This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sylvaner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 550-650 metres above sea level on alluvial origin soils rich in skeleton. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation half in acacia barrels half in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
