This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sylvaner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils rich in sand, clay and shale, of very old vines. Vinification: fermentazione alcolica in acciaio con lieviti indigeni. The wine is aged the 60% in steel and the 40% in 16 hectoliters acacia barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
