This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sylvaner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at 400-500 meters of altitude. Yield per hectare of 55 quintals. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats for 2/3, in tonneaux for 1/3. The wine is aged in acacia casks for 6 months. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
