This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sylvaner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: montepulciano grapes vinified in white with spontaneous fermentation. The wine is aged 6 months in large acacia casks for the 50% and the remaining 50% in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
