The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Cortona, on clayey-loamy soils at 300 meters on sea level. Vinification: crio-maceration, alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in steel vats,malolactic ending for 70% in second-hand barriques and for 30% in steel vats.
