Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards tra i 230 e i 270 metri di altitudine su terreno misto calcareo e gessoso. Vinification: de-stemming, soft pressing and fermentation with maceration on the skins for 18 days. The wine is aged 14 months in Frech barriques (new for 1/3) and 12 months in bottle.
