Crafted from Garganega 80%, Chardonnay 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-25 years old vines cultivated according to the Pergola and Guyot system rotted in chalky soil. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Without added sulphites. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
