A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 60%, Chardonnay 30%, Sauvignon Blanc 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards exposed to the South-West and East, located between 300 and 600 meters above sea level, on soils rich of clay, limestone and moraine deposits. Vinification: maceration of 6 hours on the skins, then fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 9 months in contact with yeast in wooden barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
