Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30-year-old vines at 420-500 meters altitude on limestone gravel soils with southeastern exposure. Vinification: temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months in steel tanks and 20% in large barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
