This Colli Tortonesi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Timorasso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained vines on marly and calcareous soils at an altitude of 250 meters. Vinification: soft pressing, must decantation and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in stainless steel containers on the fine lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
