This Colli Tortonesi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Timorasso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards selection from different plots located at 380-420 meters above sea level with exposure to east / south-east. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with long maceration in open vats. The wine is aged some months in amphorae. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
