Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years-old vines reared with the Trentino pergola and Guyot system on sandy and volcanic soil. Vinification: 30% of the mass ferments spontaneously in open tonneaux with maceration on the skins, 70% ferments in open tonneaux and steel with maceration of 5 hours on the skins. The wine is aged 10 months in terracotta amphora of 400 l and 3 months in big jugs. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
