A fine example of Umbria winemaking, this Spoleto DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Trebbiano Spoletino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: short contact with the skins and alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 12 months in steel vats, of which 3 on the lees, and 12 in bottle. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
