This exceptional Spoleto DOC showcases the authentic character of Umbria. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Trebbiano Spoletino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines located at an altitude of 350 metres on mineral soils, rich in marine fossils and clays. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in steel and at least 18 months in bottle. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
