This Spoleto DOC captures the distinctive personality of Umbria terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Trebbiano Spoletino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on a hill 350 meters above sea level from old vines. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in oak wood barrels of 25 hl. The wine is aged 6 months in oak wood barrels. A wine reflecting Umbria's hillside terroir at the heart of Italy.
