Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the slopes of the Trentino mountains between 300 and 700 m above sea level, faced to Sout-East and South-West. Vinification: sparkling wine produced with second fermentation in bottle according to the Champenoise Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees.
