This Trento DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. Vinification: soft pressing, first fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 70 months on the lees in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
