Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards at 300-700 meters above sea level facing South-East and South-West. Vinification: sparkling wine produced according to the Classic or Champenoise method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine is aged five years on the lees.
