This exceptional Trento DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines grown on the slopes of the mountains around Trento, at an altitude of 600 metres. Vinification: sparkling wine produced following the Metodo Classico, with refermentation in the bottle. The wine is aged 15 years on selected yeasts. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
