Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards harvest carried out strictly by hand in the vines of Maso Pianizza, the oldest cru of the winery, located at 500-600 meters altitude. Vinification: fermentation in steel and second fermentation in bottle according to Classic Method. The wine is aged 10 years on the lees.
