Crafted from Pinot Noir 70%, Chardonnay 25%, Meunier 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. Vinification: manual harvesting, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation for 8 months in barriques and re-fermentation in the bottle according to the principles of the Metodo Classico. The wine is aged 9 years on the lees. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
