This Trento DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Nero 80%, Chardonnay 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hills located at 300-600 meters facing South-East and South. Vinification: sparkling wine produced according to the classic method or Champenoise, with a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine is aged at least 5 years on the lees. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
