A fine example of Trentino winemaking, this Trento DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 60%, Pinot Nero 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapers from a single terraced vineyard near to Monreale - Konigsberg Castle. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, first fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged at least 36 months on the lees. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
