This Trento DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 85%, Pinot Nero 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Grave Area at 90 metres above sea level on soils rich in marl, clay and silt. Organic and Biodynamic farming. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle according to Classic Method or Champenoise Method. The wine is aged 24 months on the yeasts. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
