This exceptional Trento DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the slopes of the Trentino mountains between 300 and 700 m above sea level, facing Sout-East and South-West. Vinification: first fermentation in steel vats and oak barrels and second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 72 months on the lees.
