A fine example of Trentino winemaking, this Trento DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 60%, Pinot Nero 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 100 and 350 metres above sea level on soils rich in marls and sandstone. Vinification: sparkling wine produced according to the classic method or Champenoise, with a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine is aged 48 months on the lees. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
