This Trento DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a many, stony and clayey soil in the village of Saint Laurent l’Abbaye. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees.
