'Ultrapadum' Frizzante Bisi

Produced in Lombardy, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Croatina 60% Barbera 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: the grapes are harvested and vinified separately. Only then are the wines united and bottled for spontaneous refermentation. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in the bottle.
