Crafted from Chardonnay 60%, Carricante 40% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vigna Muti in Chiaramonte Gulfi area, with vines rooted in a clayey calcareous soil at 420 metres above sea level. Organic farming without irrigation. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
