This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 65%, Corvinone 10% Rondinella 20%, Molinara 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey and limestone soils. Vinification: soft pressing and removal of stems, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, maceration for 12 days with 3 manual punching a day for 20 minutes, malolactic. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
