This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 60%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 20%, Croatina 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Vineyard Roccolo Grassi, at an altitude of 200-250 m. above sea level, with exposure to Southeast, on soils of volcanic origin-basaltic. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel, with maceration on the skins for 15 days. The wine is aged 20 months in barrique, then 10 months in bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
