This exceptional Valpolicella DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. At 11.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Corvina 45%, Corvinone 35%, Rondinella 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 300 meters on rugged and yellow soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation only from free-run must in steel with indigenous yeasts.
