A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina, Corvinone e Rondinella , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards calcareous-dolomitic soil, rich in basalts, moraine and fluvial materials of volcanic origin that make the soil fertile. Vinification: maceration for approximately 7-8 days in stainless steel. The wine is aged 3-6 months in stainless steel. At least 3 months in bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
