A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Corvina 50%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara and Oseleta 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards terraced on calcareous soils of the Castelrotto and San Pietro in Cariano hills, cultivated with Veronese pergola, cultivated with organic and biodynamic methods. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts with 8-day maceration. The wine is aged 3 months in stainless steel and cement tanks. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
Veneto masterfully balances tradition and innovation, producing everything from powerful Amarone to crisp Soave.
