Crafted from 40% Corvinone, 45% Corvina, 15% Oseleta, 5% Rondinella, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of about 30 years on loamy soils 200 meters above sea level. South exposure and "Pergola Veronese" training system. Grapes are picked during a late harvest. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins at high temperatures for about 1 month.
