This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 50%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 20% and other red grapes 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the system of Pergola Trentina in a soil rich in red clay and limestone. Vinification: fermentation on the skins with indigenous yeasts in steel for 10-15 days. The wine is aged 36 months in oak barrels.
