A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina and Corvinone 70%, Rondinella 30% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes left to dry for 30 days from marly soils of Fumane and Marano. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged 12 months in oak, 40% in tonneau of 500 liters and 60% in barrels of 20-30 hl. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
