The fruit is sourced from vineyards terraces facing south at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters on sandy and granite soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with 8 days maceration of the skins. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels of 35, 50 and 80 hectoliters.
