Crafted from Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from the single Sommarovina vineyard, on granitic soils based on sand and silt at an altitude of 400 meters. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with 15 days maceration of the skins. The wine is aged 10 months in oak barrels.
