Veltliner 'Aristos' Cantina Valle Isarco

A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Veltliner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 550-600 metres above sea level on clayey and sandy soils very deep. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in acacia barrels and in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
