Crafted from Grüner Veltliner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 400-750 meters above sea level on gravelly alluvial soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
