A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Veltliner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards coltivate according to the guyot and the petgola system at 500-800 m above sea level, faced to south and south-west. Vinification: destemming, short maceration and soft pressing, fermentation in steel vats for about 1 week. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and in big oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
